Effect
- Gives Isaac 100
Pennies.
- This does not extend past the normal cap of 99.
Notes
- The Dollar can only be found from a Slot Machine, as a starting item for Eden, using Spindown Dice on Boom!, or by using Death Certificate.
- Rerolling this item with the D4, etc., will not remove the coins acquired.
- Multiple copies of A Dollar can be found in the same run from different Slot Machines.
- Since the normal coin cap is 99, the full 100 coins can only be seen if Isaac has Deep Pockets.
- The item cannot be crafted using Bag of Crafting.
