- Despite its pickup quote, this trinket does not alter the chance of finding Devil Rooms in any way.
- Black hearts are still very rare even with this trinket equipped.

- Black Feather: Black Feather grants a damage boost for Black Lipstick, provided that Isaac has an extra trinket slot or has gulped or used Smelter on either of the trinkets.
- Golden Trinket / Mom's Box: Further increase for chance of Black Hearts appearing.
