Broken Remote is a trinket.

Effects

• Triggers the Teleport effect whenever an activated item is used.

Notes

• On items that choose a direction or otherwise have a two phase activation such as Bob's Rotten HeadUpon use, Isaac holds a poison bomb which can be thrown towards any of the four cardinal points and explodes on impact. or Notched AxeIsaac holds the axe above his head for as long as the spacebar button is held (or until he leaves the room). While holding the axe, Isaac can break any rock he touches, but cannot attack or pick up other items., the teleportation happens before charge is expended.
• Upon using The BibleUpon activation, Isaac gains flight, allowing him to pass over all obstacles in the current room. Instantly kills Mom, Mom's Heart, and It Lives when activated, but will kill Isaac when activated while fighting Satan. while fighting Mom, Isaac will get teleported out of the room before the death animation is finished, resulting in the boss room being reset.
• This item can only teleport Isaac to rooms that can be shown on the map. It is not possible to teleport to the I AM ERROR room, Devil Room, Angel Room, Crawl Space, Black Market, Boss Rush, the room with the access to Blue Womb, or Mega Satan.

Active Item Modifiers

Items:

• The BatteryActivated collectibles can be "overcharged" to allow for an additional use.
• Car BatteryCauses Isaac's activated item to activate twice on each use.
• Sharp PlugUsing an activated item while it's not charged will charge it and Sharp Plug does 2 full heart damage to Isaac.
• VoidConsumes all pedestal items in the room. Active items will have their effects added to Void, and passive items will grant stat upgrades.

Trinkets:

• Broken RemoteTriggers the Teleport effect whenever an activated item is used.
• Butter!Using an active item will drop it onto a pedestal on the ground. Taking damage may result in dropping a passive item.
• Dim BulbProvides a boost to all stats when Isaac's active item is completely uncharged.
• Vibrant BulbProvides a boost to all stats when Isaac's active item is fully charged.

Cards:

• ? CardWhen used, copies the effect of Isaac's currently held activated collectible.
