  • A Cat o' Nine Tails is a multi-tailed whip commonly used in physical punishment and torture.
  • Unlike in Rebirth, in the original game Cat-O-Nine-Tails was merely a shot speed up and was widely considered by the community to be one of the worst items in the game.
