Censer is an unlockable passive item added in Afterbirth.

Effects

• Spawns a familiar projecting a circular aura that slows enemies and enemy shots within its radius.

Notes

• The aura has no effect on bosses but slows down their shots.

• BFFS!

  Increases the size and damage of familiars.

  : Increased slow radius.
• Duct Tape

  Stops Isaac's familiars from moving.

  : Familiar stays in place relative to Isaac.
• Extension Cord

  Beams of yellow electricity flow between Isaac and his familiars, damaging any enemies between them.

  : Electricity occasionally connects familiar and Isaac.
• The Soul

  Grants two soul hearts. Isaac now repels enemy projectiles.

  : Makes nearby enemies and projectiles easier to repel.
• Trinity Shield

  Isaac gains a shield that protects him from enemy shots.

  : Shots are slower, making them easier to block with the shield.
