Florian Himsl was one of the two original creators of the original The Binding of Isaac and its sole programmer.
Florian is represented in-game as the baby of the Ultra Pride mini-boss.
Florian was originally meant to be included in the intro cutscene for Rebirth, but was not, and he remains unused in the files.
