Hangers are dead Shopkeepers that are hostile. They can shoot 3 projectiles at the player that will steal coins on hit (similar to Greed and Keepers). The Hanger is very slow and can float over obstacles. The best strategy is to be constantly moving. They always have an Eternal Fly circling them, which will become hostile once the Hanger is dead.
