Lil Loki is a passive item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth.

Effects

  • Spawns a familiar that looks like Boss Loki ingameLoki and follows Isaac, firing tears in all four cardinal directions that deal 3.5 damage.
    • (except in Repentance) Lil Loki shoots once per second.
    • (in Repentance) Lil Loki shoots once every 3/4ths of a second.
  • (in Repentance) This item belongs to the ConjoinedConjoined set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a three-faced version of himself.

Notes

  • If an enemy is standing inside of Lil Loki, all four shots will hit it for a total of 14 damage.
  • (in Repentance) Familiars that follow behind Isaac have a certain priority in how close their position is to him over other familiars, with Lil Loki having 5th priority.

Trivia

  • (except in Repentance) Despite having close resemblance to the average following attack familiar (e.g. Collectible Brother Bobby iconBrother Bobby, Collectible Sister Maggy iconSister Maggy etc.), Lil Loki does not count towards the ConjoinedConjoined transformation.
