Lusty Blood is an unlockable passive item.
Effects
- Each time an enemy is killed, Isaac gains a damage boost for the current room (Making this very good for greed runs.)
- Each kill increases damage by 0.5, up to a maximum of 5 damage after 10 kills.
Notes
- Some summoned enemies like Rag man's Rag Lings do not trigger the effect when killed.
- Blowing up a shopkeeper will grant Isaac a damage bonus as well.
