Effects[ | ]

  • Adds a 10% chance to fire a booger tear that stick to the first enemy that they come in contact with and deals damage over time.
    • Each booger deals damage equal to Isaac's tear damage every second.
    • (except in Repentance)The booger lasts for 60 seconds or until the enemy dies.
      • (in Repentance) The booger lasts 10 seconds.
  • Boogers have a 50% chance of being homing.

Notes[ | ]

  • Not affected by Luck.
  • Booger tears cannot pierce through enemies.
  • Multiple boogers can stick to one enemy to deal extra damage.
  • Nose Goblin's effect is almost identical to Collectible Sinus Infection iconSinus Infection beyond the added homing effect and having half the chance to trigger. Consequently, all its non-homing synergies apply to Nose Goblin.
