Rainbow Worm is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth expansion.

Effects

• Isaac's tears gain a worm trinket effect that changes every 3 seconds of the in-game timer. The effects include:
  • Pulse Worm
  • Ring Worm
  • Tape Worm
  • Whip Worm
  • Wiggle Worm
  • Flat Worm
  • Hook Worm
  • Lazy Worm
• The order of the effects is always as above, in a cycle.

Trivia

• This trinket is used in Challenge #28 (PRIDE DAY!).
• Rainbow worm can't give you the effects of worms you're currently holding (with Mom's Purse or Belly Button) or ones that were gulped.
  • Therefore, gulping all the worm trinkets in one run makes rainbow worm useless.
