Major bug in latest patch (06/01/2017)[]

Hi, I have submitted a bug report to Nicalis, but I wasn't sure whether the wiki should have recorded major bugs that are likely to be fixed soon. The bug appears when defeating Delirium where his health reaches zero and he freezes in place, making the run in-completable. Resetting the room/floor leads to the same result. Other users have observed the issue (external site):

The bug has been patched, Tyrone's tweet: https://twitter.com/tyronerodriguez/status/817624754836254720 --Kcfgs9ikgmhad92o (talk) 00:35, 10 January 2017 (UTC)

Delirium's Boss Transformations[]

Is there any proof that Delirium can turn into bosses not encountered on that run? Because I just fought him and noticed that he only turned into bosses I had fought during that run. I could tell, because he had a very limited pool of transformations. At least, the pool of transformation seems to be influenced by the encounter. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bilboy (talkcontribs) 16:34, 6 January 2017

this is true. HOWEVER, if it doesn't have enough bosses to properly fight, (ex. fighting the first floor boss then skipping floors repeatedly after.) he will borrow a few bosses at random. he can always turn into final bosses, but he still need Normal bosses to transform into, otherwise he will borrow bosses. --I am Death itself. Resurrection effects and Plan C[]

Plan C kills Delirium but Isaac is killed during the death animation. Lazarus's Rags work in reviving and keeping progress since it revives on the spot, but since other revives don't, I'm unsure if they will count the kill. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kuugunn (talkcontribs) 02:31, 7 January 2017

There has been a video that was taken down that proved that there's a way to kill Delirium with Plan C and still get an ending, but I haven't found a proper video that shows that (with the chest ending). I have made an edit on the wiki page and linked the video on the reference but it's not the video that shows the ending after using Plan C and skipping Delirium's animation, would be happy if somebody found the video or recorded the ending after this occurence. Trivia: Lil Haunt[]

The Lil Haunt transformation isn't actually the only non-boss transformation : Delirium can take the apparence of a Baby with the special skin of Ultra Pride battle (Florian Himsl apparence). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 176.134.38.186 (talkcontribs) 19:46, 8 January 2017

Posthumous Hush?[]

Is it just me, or does Delerium look like a posthumous Hush? (Granted, they do fight quite differently...) --Luigifan18 (talk) 04:36, 15 January 2017 (UTC)

Delirium Talk M-Satan[]

While the page says it can't transform into Mega Satan, I remember it did for me, was one of my first runs against it (with Apollyon) before all the bugfixes, I went to Void for a portal that spawned after defeating M-Satan, and I remember it turned into it for a few seconds. I'm sure was M-Satan and not another top wall boss due to hitting with the hands and making those ground waves. Also in another Run turned into Mama Gurdy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Finikksu (talkcontribs) 23:10, 31 January 2017

Delirium Can Morph Into Mega Satan[]

I didn't believe that's possible at first, but after beating M-Satan, I hopped into the void and challenged Delirium. During the fight I saw him transformed into M-Satan's right hand ("Wait wait wait, thats M-Satan's hand!!!", that's what I said during the fight.). After 30 seconds give or take, it transformed into M-Satan's head (I was on top of it and I can only see the upper half, I cant see those eyes but those huge bull shaped horns are clearly from Mega Satan's).....I never saw him doing M-Satan's attacks because i was too busy dodging. . I posted this because the wiki said that M-Satan form is unused in which I disagree. And so far, I never see Delirium in Hush's second form. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cpt John Price (talkcontribs) 03:45, 1 February 2017

Split up[]

Hello i know that Delirium has delirious (badum tss) amount of attacks i think that instead of typing every single attack in every single page i think it will be better to split attacks up on the pages of other bosses so the delirium's page won't be ridiculously long of course you will split normal attack and attacks that he uses in delirious form what do you think ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.110.192.43 (talkcontribs) 16:29, 1 February 2017

he only uses a few of his own attacks. then uses boss attacks. so its not neccersary. --I am Death itself. (talk) 19:37, 7 March 2017 (UTC)

Wrong Image[]

The image for the Delirium version of The Cage is a Delirium version of The Gate. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 107.0.254.97 (talkcontribs) 15:07, 13 July 2017

Deli can transform into modded bosses[]

Delirium can transform into modded bossed, although without a special skin, can somebody here edit this since the website won’t let me? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.197.221.66 (talkcontribs) 17:15, 14 February 2020

That's not really relevant to this wiki so I'll not be posting it. --Sirtimmothybrentwood 20:57, 14 February 2020 (UTC).

Delirium bug[]

Using the clicker during delirium death animation crashes the game Xaitat (talk) 12:01, 10 February 2021 (UTC)

Doesn't happen for me (used it several times, even). PC version, if that matters. --Frionil (talk) 16:52, 10 February 2021 (UTC)

Delirium only picking a few bosses[]

Surely i can't be the only one who has ever noticed this.
Lets say you somehow fight 20 bosses, delirum only ends up ever transforming into about 7 of them.
My guess is that Delirium only picks a certain AMOUNT of encountered bosses to transform into.
anyone else observe this?

Delirium picking proper champion versions now?[]

While I don't have an immense sample size for this, it seems that since repentance delirium now picks the particular versions of bosses that you faced rather than randomly as the current article states. The few times I've fought delirium have had any champions I faced brought in and no instances where delirium's form was a champion I hadn't fought. Has this been the case for anyone else or is this just happenstance for me? --LuminousUmbra (talk) 12:30, 1 May 2021 (UTC)

You cannot use We need to go deeper to access Dark Room.[]

You can get there from sheol by using red key to get out of boundaries or from a sacrifice room doing enough sacrifices instead. Please edit it accordingly.

Mega Satan still being transformed into?[]

I swear even though the page says as of Repentance, Delerium cannot transform into Mega Satan. However, despite this, I keep encountering mini bosses spawned by him and and for one frame seeing him; this is all that appears to have an effect in the battle. Am I the only one?
