I just played a game with anti-gravity and the godhead and loved it. The aura stayed so long. Could be added as a synergy?
Is this item has a chance to not appear in the pool? Or are there any special conditions to it to appear. Because I rerolled like crazy (infinite rerolls) in angel room after unlocking it, and it just won't show up : (
It's definitely there. You simply can't cycle the item pool. A tip here. Once you start getting breakfast (milk) keep rerolling. Eventually you will get back into the angel room pool and will be able to roll the rest of teh items, which includes godhead if you missed it the first round. --Dooomspeaker (talk) 01:00, 15 December 2014 (UTC)

You know how probability works: a 1% (not real chance, just an example) of obtaining something means you'll get 1 each of 100 rolls of dice on average IF you had infinite time and infinite rolls. But you could do 400 rolls and do not get 4 times what you want, not even one.
- 268 hours on the original Binding of Isaac and the Dead Dove is the only item I'm missing from the collection to get Platinum God. Found it multiple times on Rebirth already. Probability sucks sometimes :p

It's known that various trophies can't be unlocked on european versions (up to this very day!!!), like dead boy and godhead, but what about the achievements? I'm still missing out on both although I've even defeated mega satan with the lost (which is by the way nowhere else listed as an requirement, you might wanna check your facts again). So are these two achievements locked as well (playing on an european 1.0 original non-patched version)? If yes, only these two or others as well? 23 March 2015

Post Afterbirth[]
Finally got Mega Satan with The Lost on my second try in Afterbirth (those spectral tears really help), and did not get the Godhead, but instead a new baby called White Baby. Thinking you either need to go back and beat all of the other bosses after importing, or you may have to beat Ultra Greed as well. Or both. Good luck everyone...

Has there been a precise damage amount/formula for Godhead's aura?
I've just unlocked godhead and there is some small mistake.[]
In afterrebirth+ it needs to achieve all 10 marks.
