I managed to shoot the knife diagonally... I knew you could hold it diagonally, but after trying multiple times I managed to shoot it diagonally. Is it frame-perfect or a glitch?

It's not a glitch. You can throw knife diagonally but it's quite hard to do so because the controls in this game are very responsive and as soon as you release one of the two keys needed for a diagonal throw, the knife will go in the direction of that key released first. If you release both keys at once (and it's not easy to consistently do so) you'll get a diagonal shot. GryphusR (talk) 01:12, 19 December 2014 (UTC)

Okay, thanks. I found that a consistent way to throw the knife diagonally is by holding both of the keys down, enter a room, and release both of the keys while you are entering.

The seed listed for PC at the bottom doesn't specify which floor it's on. I assumed the first, but the first floor item is Butt Bombs. I advanced to the second floor and there was Gimpy. The seed listed appears to be a false seed.

Mom's knife seems to be, by far, the best item against Isaac or ???. I wonder if this is intended. Seriously, you just walk up to either and cut him up. If this is the same experience other people have, it might be noteworthy trivia, since it fits perfectly with the games story.

You can fire the knife diagonally with trivial ease if you use a controller for input. An XBOX ONE controller for example, you just hold the right stick diagonally. It's not meant to be hard, keyboard and mouse controls are just really awful at it. --24.214.103.189 19:11, 31 January 2016 (UTC)

Monstro's lung

Dr Fetus

No longer override Dr. Fetus in Afterbirth. The two items are active at the same time, making it near to impossible to throw Mom's knife without immunity to explosion.

I got Dr. Fetus after Mom's Knife. Now the missile fires normally, but it fires 8 knives out from the bomb.68.133.15.186 02:12, 20 December 2016 (UTC)

Lump of Coal

Now adds damage with range. Found this out with the Spider mod.

current text: "DLC : No longer overridden; instead causes several knives to fire out in random directions when fully charged. (When not fully charged, the knife behaves normally."

Should say "both fire normally", just like under the interactions section on technology's page.

Description

The description "Stab Stab Stab" may be a reference to the game TF2 when you taunt with the bow and arrow.
