I had a horrible time with monstro's lung after I picked up Quad shot since quad shot mitigated number one's attack speed bonus and it didn't seem to fire more bullets. The result was that I had to charge 10 seconds for a number one-range normal monstro's lung attack. I won't change the "synergy" described but I am interested in your experiences.. -Xelight
I will agree with what's stated above. "Longer" is a severe understatement, and I feel that just how long it is should be emphasized. I went from Isaac's base tears to a 7-second charge. Monstro's Lung + Mutant Spider is pretty bad... ~Cedridor
Monstro's Lung with Infestation 2 seems to give multiple spiders when killing an enemy. ~anon
I think the rules have changed for Chocolate Milk + Monstro's Lung, the lung gave me a +10 in tear rate, which increased the chocolate milk charging rate. ~Guest
Forgotten Cursed eye + Lung[]
On forgotten, cursed eye swings aren't overidden, there's no tear delay, and shoots bones at max charge. Not good at editting though, so if anyoen want to add it <3
