Repentance Column[]
With the release of repentance, these new horse pills were introduced. With the fancy DLC spoiler filter, some of the effects that occur in repentance get hidden, but I was wondering if there was any interest in trying to make the entire horse pill column disappear when filtering out repentance? Horse pill extra effects[]
Experimentation suggests that 48-Hour Energy gives 2 extra batteries (3 or 4 in total) and Hematemesis gives 4 extra hearts (5 to 8 in total).

I think there is a lemon mishap pill AND and lemon party pill.

Horse Pill Sprite Rips[]
Do we have any sprite rips of the horse pill icons? they are noticeably bigger and have different sprite then the normal pills.(the pills with small medcine spheres in them are very noticeably different/more detailed then their smaller counterparts) --Beanstewoo (talk) 00:14, 23 April 2021 (UTC)
Stacking effects of pills[]
It would be nice to specify which pills' effects stack or do not stack. I just tested a double "I'm drowsy" and it didnt slow "It lives" or Isaac any further, hope this info can help c:
Horse and Golden Pill ID[]
Do we know what ID the effects of the Golden and Horse Pills have (not their sprites)?

Stat-Up Color Effects[]
Should it be mentioned somewhere that the stat-up pills tint Isaac certain colors? These are the tints stat up pills give:
Health Up - Red
Range Up - Blue
Speed Up - Yellow
Tears Up - Purple
Luck Up - Green
Shot Speed Up - White
