Query Relating to Delirium and Co-Op (Repentance)[]
If you're plsying co-op and you use Plan C, does it work? I've seen people saying it hasn't worked for them (and just watched it fail on a stream), but I find nothing online to confirm or deny this (Asked on 11th May 2021)
Completion Mark for Hush[]
Just tried it on Hush's Second phase and I didn't get the completion mark. Should this be changed/mentioned? The article makes it sound like it would work on Hush:
Plan C does not kill both phases of bosses like The Lamb, Hush, Ultra Greed, and Mega Satan, and is most useful when used during the last phase of these multi-phase bosses.

Completion Mark for Ultra Greed[]
Had the same issue of not getting a completion mark for Ultra Greed just now, despite the article saying that it should have worked.

Completion mark against Mother[]
I'm not sure using plan C against Mother with extra life gives you the completion mark. I just tried it on its second phase (with the lost and 9 lives, effectively killing her) but while respawning and reentering I had to start the fight again without the completion mark nor the achievement (I may do it wrong by reentering the fight actually).
