Template:ItemTable Chocolate Milk is a passive item.
Effects
Chocolate Milk essentially turns the player's tears from automatic to semiautomatic shots with a charge ability. Holding down the arrow keys charges shots, making them larger and stronger. It does not matter if there is an item that would limit player's fire rate, such as the Inner Eye.
Synergies
- Brimstone - Beam is paler. No apparent change in power or charge time.
- Fire Mind - See below
- Monstro's Lung - Greatly increased damage.
- Polyphemus - Greatly increases damage of each shot, Charge time seems unaffected.
- Technology - Picking up Technology after picking up Chocolate Milk will override Chocolate Milk and cause a significant decrease in damage.
