Additionally, we are currently experiencing some bugs and glitches. We're working on fixing them, but please be aware this means certain images, such as the collection grid for items, will be replaced by errors for the time being.
Guts is a monster which attaches itself to a wall or obstacle, such as a rock, rolling around the contour of the terrain. If the obstacle it is attached to is destroyed then it will continue rolling in the direction it was previously travelling until it meets another wall or obstacle.
They make up for their limited movement by being very fast and in numbers can tighten movement space (especially in layouts containing narrow passages).
Variations[edit | edit source]
Scarred Guts[edit | edit source]
Scarred Guts are paler versions of the regular Guts. They have a chance of replacing normal Guts in the Scarred Womb. They behave identically to regular Guts, but leave behind a trail of damaging red creep.
Mama Guts[edit | edit source]
Chance To Replace MemBrains
Mama Guts are large versions of the regular Guts. They slowly move around the room, occasionally hopping and firing 8 large blood shots in all directions. Upon death, it splits into 2 Guts.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Guts and Scarred Guts are immune to Strange Attractor's effect.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- Mama Guts slightly resembles a digestive system.
- Mama Guts, along with Dingas and MemBrains, have the second-highest base health of all non-boss enemies, second to Oobs.
