The Paper Clip can be unlocked as a starting item for Cain by donating 68 coins to the machine at the completion of Greed Mode.

- Allows Isaac to unlock all chests without using keys.
- Locked doors are unaffected.
- Key blocks are unaffected.
Synergies
Guppy's Tail - Allows to open all golden chests granted by this item without risk of running out of keys quickly.
