- Mom's Locket: Renders Mom's Locket less effective as the trinket requires a key to be consumed by the lock in order to heal Isaac.

- The pickup quote of this item is a reference to an infamous line from the first Resident Evil game.
- Paper Clip is the only Beggar payout (coming from the Key Master) that is not a passive/active item. While Rotten Beggars and Battery Bums can also pay with trinkets, they do so as random drops, rather than payout.
