Patch[]
It looks like Glass Cannon changed in the most recent patch; now it sets you to a half red hard and REMOVES all your Spirit/Black hearts. --76.30.24.13 22:05, 5 November 2015 (UTC)

This item has no item pool. We can find it in the treasure room, but I don't know if it appears elsewhere.

- I'm working towards fixing all the Afterbirth Item pages. This includes false/missing information, missing Collection Grid location, or missing item pools.
