Unlocking Glitch[]
I was trying to unlock this guy, but it did not work, I made sure I died from the Ipecac Explosion, if it matters i had tech x with azazel brim and 9 lives with guppy's collar, does someone have any idea what happened?

I just unlocked Lil Spewer by dying to my own explosion caused by Fire Mind. I had picked up Bob's Rotten Head earlier in the run but swapped it out for another active item. Not sure if it was an interaction between having that item in my record or if Fire Mind is enough on its own.
