Azazel
Does not work on either Azazel or half a black heart (needs investigation - Edit: Works with one black heart with ???, and will leave you with one full black heart and half a soul heart (the soul heart being used to fill half the remaining black heart)) - The reason it doesn't work with Azazel is that Scapular only really cares for Red Hearts, ??? is the exception since his Soul Hearts are his Red Hearts.
